2. Products and Pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes
- We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice
- Product images are for illustration purposes; actual products may vary slightly
- We strive to display accurate product information but do not guarantee completeness
- Weight and size specifications are approximate
3. Orders and Payment
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
- Payment must be received before order processing
- We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets
- Failed transactions may take 5-7 business days for refund
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Standard delivery: 3-5 business days
- Express delivery: 1-2 business days
- Free delivery on orders above ₹499
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed
- Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery
- Please inspect packages upon delivery and report damages within 24 hours
5. Returns and Refunds
Return Policy:
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be unopened and in original packaging
- Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective
Refund Process:
- Refunds processed within 7-10 business days after receiving returned items
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
6. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- One account per person; multiple accounts may be suspended
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations
7. Product Quality
We guarantee that all our spices are 100% pure, natural, and free from artificial additives. However, as these are natural products, slight variations in color, aroma, and flavor may occur between batches.

9. Limitation of Liability
Spice Paradise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
